Company Directors:

Wally Boguski (President/CEO/Director); Mr. Boguski is a businessman and corporate consultant with a finance and mining background. He has participated in mining and mineral exploration in Canada, USA and Mexico for over 26 years, in both private and publicly-listed companies.

Laurence Sookochoff, P. Eng. (Director); Mr. Sookochoff graduated from University of British Columbia with a B.Sc. in Geology (1966) and has applied his geological experience in various locations, globally. He is a professional senior geologist and has been appointed to the Company’s director since July 2005 and Chief Financial Officer (C.F.O.) since October 2007. He is the consulting geologist and principle of Sookochoff Consultants Inc. that leads the Company’s geological team and serves as the Qualified Person (QP).

Alphonse J. Ruggiero, C.P.A. (Director); Mr. Ruggiero of New York State to its Board of Directors. Mr. Ruggiero is a financial consultant with an extensive accounting and finance background.  He is a CPA and has worked with major accounting firms as an audit manager, as a director of internal audits for a major corporation and has worked extensively in Continuing Professional Education for the American Institute of CPA’s. Mr. Ruggiero has also been appointed to the Company’s Audit Committee.

Paul Lee, M.B. (Director); Mr. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management, from Royal Roads University, (Victoria BC) has extensive experience in a variety of business related disciplines. He brings to the Company a demonstrated understanding of issues of importance to expanding the Asia/Pacific business connection.
